Technical assistance

The manufacturing of a laser machine also means an efficient after-sale service. That is why we offer an effective technical support to all our customers, in France and abroad. Indeed, our machines are equipped with a remote coverage which allows our technicians to act in remote maintenance with you. All minor problems with an IT origin in particular, we can work remotely.

Most failure can be adjusted by remote maintenance or by telephone. If, however, the problem persisted, our technicians will visit you after a telephone conversation to try to diagnose at best the failure.
