We offer a large range of laser sources in order to meet your needs. We remain at your disposal to help you define the laser source which suits best your applications

Our feasibility study center based in Besançon is equipped with our different sources and will validate your specifications in cooperation with your teams.

Our different types of sources:

 
- Nd : Yag pulsed laser sources
- CW Nd : Yag laser sources
- Nd : Yag laser sources with beam transfer by optic fiber
- fibre laser sources

We also remain at your disposal to deliver sources to any designer or manufacturer of special machines.

MACHINES

In partnership with our feasibility study center and yourself, we study the machine adapted to your specific needs.
In standard versions, we offer you:
MACH 1 is a compact, simple and effective machine, perfectly suited for welding and 2D cutting applications. This machine can be used to handle all kinds of materials as: steels, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, gold, etc…
This machine can be fitted with a programmable rotating unit.

Technical Characteristics

• Available laser sources : from 100 to 1500 W Nd:YAG
• Courses X/Y 200*200 mm with brushless motors
• Manual Axis Z
• Optional rotating axis

For precision metal cutting (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper), Mach 2 brings reactivity and flexibility to the manufacture of single parts, prototypes, small and medium sized production runs. It is an efficient and profitable tool for industries such as automobiles, aerospace, home appliances, connectors and sheet metal.  A fourth axis can be fitted on this machine through a programmable rotating unit.

• Available laser sources: 100, 175, 400 and 750 W Nd:Yag pulsed

Laser Cheval MACH 3 with 3 to 5 axes links flexibility and performance. Available with the entire range of CHEVAL laser sources, it provides the ideal tool for modern industry: welding and/or cutting applications on small and medium-sized components, with simple or complex shapes to be worked.

SPECIFIC MACHINES

We create the specific machine adapted to your needs.

In collaboration with your technical staff and our feasibility study center, we define the laser source and the machine structure adapted to your demand. We then build a custom machine in which some standards components will be integrated and which will benefit from our expertise in the laser field and in the production tools.  

We provide you with a panel of experience used to determine your needs and to allow a secure start of your production. Our subcontracting department can also accompany you in the previous stages using identical means to those used for mass production.
